Very happy with how easy this is to use. We eat lots of bagel and it toasts it perfect! We Use a toaster oven everyday for something. Usually get a new one every 1 1/2-2 years. First time we bought a cuisinart and will buy one again!

It heats quickly and toasts well. It doesn't make sense that there is no timer...a basic feature, and throw in another rack, where at least you can have two available racks to use.
