I love it! I had the same one that broke and replaced it with the same one. I have had it for years. I also have a Cuisinart Crockpot that I love. I love their products!!! I hope I win the sweepstakes so I can continue to buy your quality products. Thank you. Ellen Meuse

I haven’t used it for the first time just yet, but I have had ovens like this before. I like the fact that it’s also a toaster. I think it has the perfect size, and it looks so nice in my kitchen.

This toaster oven does an OK job but for the fact that I limit my use of it because it emits a series of ear-piercing (to the point of painful) beeps to signal the toast is done. I have never had an appliance that makes noise like that; not my oven timer, not my microwave, not my refrigerator when the door is kept open too long, etc. For that reason, I would give it a "0" star rating if I could ("1" is the lowest).

This toaster oven is quite possibly the best one I've ever own except for one irredeemable flaw. When your food is ready the designers of this product decided you would best be notified by the shrieking or a loud, smoke detector like, beep, for about 20 seconds. I wish they had a way to disable the beeping or at least would warn people they'll hear a smoke detector every time their food is ready.

The black knobs are very difficult to see, even after we have had it for a month. We have even used a flashlight twice p pitiful!
The wire rack is deceiving. If used to have the door opening to pull out rack, which was one of the reasons this device was chosen, then you have to use your fingers or a fork to get toast off rack..All previous devices, the toast slid off effortlessly. So we turn the rack upside down in order to slide toast out, but lose the pull out advantage.
