The black knobs are very difficult to see, even after we have had it for a month. We have even used a flashlight twice p pitiful!
The wire rack is deceiving. If used to have the door opening to pull out rack, which was one of the reasons this device was chosen, then you have to use your fingers or a fork to get toast off rack..All previous devices, the toast slid off effortlessly. So we turn the rack upside down in order to slide toast out, but lose the pull out advantage.

This replaced our old toaster oven which died and I’m pleased with this Cuisinart. It cooks so much faster than our old one that we’ve had to adjust cooking times and slightly lower recommended temperatures to avoid burning food. But ya can’t complain about power! Rather have it and dial it back than needing and not having it. Hope it gives us several years of service.

Overall a good product, one problem…the timer ending bell or alarm is so quiet you can’t hear it unless you are standing next to toaster oven, and even then you can hardly hear it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback — we’re glad you’re enjoying your toaster oven overall. We understand the timer alarm is quieter than expected; placing the unit on a stable, flat surface away from walls or other objects can help the sound carry.

Toaster oven works great for all modes except toast. On the lowest setting the toast is just warm bread. Move the dial the tiniest speck, a 64th of an inch and the toast burns. Try low, medium, or hi and they all burn the bread
