I had a cuisinart toaster oven that lasted me many years. It didn’t owe me anything. I loved it and when it broke recently I ordered another one. I also have had several of their coffee pots. Some single serve and some that had the 12 cup carafe pot. All good products. I will continue to use their products in the future.

I have loved Cuisinart products for a long time, so I always expect high performance from them. This guy is a pretty basic toaster oven. Seems accurate in temp and it is easy to operate--without a ton of extras I don't need. I like the size as well, just as big as it needs to be. The one drawback are the arrows or pointers on the selector knobs. It requires braille to make your selection. One has to "feel" the bump on the knob to make your selection for temp or mode, etc. Otherwise one only has black on black to go on. I am a painter so I will paint the bumps white in order to simplify my selections. I have the same problem with other little appliances as well. How difficult can it be to paint the bump so it pops or apply a thin metal arrow onto the knob? Hope somebody at C'art sees this.

This is my third custom classic toaster since we've been married now 55 yrs. Once tried another, but came back to the classic. Toasts quickly and evenly and bake temp is right on.

My other Cuisinart finally gave up. I got a replacement that is great as the other. It makes toast special. My only wish is to have a timer like the former one.

I feel like this is worth a solid 4 stars. The only gripe that I have, so far, is the fact that this toaster oven doesn't really have an internal timer. There are 4 cooking modes on this oven--toast, bagel, bake, and broil. Only the "toast" and "bagel" modes have an internal timer/sensor that will stop the heating coils and the food would be "done". The "bake" and "broil" modes have no timer nor sensor of any kind. I usually just stand there and keep watch over my food. My food comes out perfect every time.
