I received this as a Christmas gift. Although the "toast" and "bagel" features are somewhat timed, the other functions, i.e., bake, broil, etc. are not. I think by adding a timer dial, i.e., 5 to 60 minutes would enhance this product immensely. I use a manual timer to gage time, otherwise, you can get distracted and your food can get burned. As far as the tray, you can wash it with mild soap and soft sponge, but that does not remove the stains. How do you remove them?

Received as a Christmas gift, enjoying the fact that I do not have to use my standard oven for short time baking or reheating! The only complaint that I have is the pan that is included is not easy to clean and is time consuming to scrub off anything that gets stuck to it. I do not see the pan lasting as long as the oven.

I like that it’s big for food. I don’t like how the trays go in. There are only 2 grooves and they are not so well placed. I just use the slotted one with tin foil and it’s not great.

When my toaster over quit working, it was under warranty and a new one sent. Replacement didn't work either. Finally the 3rd one worked. Don't know what was going on.
