After suffering with a horrible toaster oven for way too long, I bought this Custom Classic. This fits my needs to a tee. It heats up quickly. It cooks evenly. The broiler
also heats quickly and cooks evenly. I don't need all the bells and whistles offered on many toaster ovens. Cuisinart has perfected the basic toaster oven.

I purchased this toaster for its spaciousness and the feature that the oven rack slides out when the door is opened. I am happy with the item size, settings and looks. I am VERY unhappy the unit gets VERY HOT when in use.

I purchased this product a few weeks ago because my old Cuisinart toaster oven was not working. I am disappointed in this one because the interior is very small, its extremely easy to burn any food item. The alarm goes off when a food item begins to burn. No matter what position I place a bagel on it always burns.

I haven't had a chance to use it much but it is a nice looking oven and works great for warming up stuff. It is big enough to bake quite a few things and I am sure I will use it a lot more than the tiny one I used to have.
