Great little deep fryer. However if you deep fry things regularly or in large portions maybe opt for the larger size. It also only heats to 375 which is fine for me, but something to be aware of. This is perfect for deep frying for 1-2 people. I am so happy with all of my Cuisinart products!

Does it’s job, but the reservoir holds more oil than is necessary and creates waste. Also, no on/off switch. Small window in lid that fogs up and is pretty much useless.

The deep fryer is great for preparing small amounts when cooking for two. I recently had to have mine replaced under warranty and it was handled very well. The function of the appliance is great. However, I do have an issue with the odor from the appliance itself that was not there with the previous one. Not sure if this will wear off with use or not but it seems to flavor the food as well. I'm going to try a new oil and see if that changes anything.
