I have a small kitchen, and I'm usually cooking for just one, so this little fryer fits perfectly into my lifestyle. My favorite features besides the small size: handles that stay cool, temperature dial and a light that lets you know when it's ready, two fill lines, pour spout, a charcoal filter, and a booklet that includes recipes. The one improvement they could make is to add more settings on the termp. dial; french fries are cooked first at 300° and then at 375°, but the dial doesn't show you where 300° is.

I have made chicken wings and tater tots, both turned out crispy and tasty. The fryer is pretty easy to clean. What I don’t like is that the basket doesn’t fit properly with food in it. It is weighed down and so it pushes up the lid and it won’t close all the way. So I just use the fryer without the basket and it does fine. But the design seems flawed to me.

I'm married to a Brit so french fries are required a few times each week. We were surprised that it worked so well and so easily; the fries (use frozen wedges) are crispy and puffy; and no matter what it says, you can re-used oil 3 times. Tried fried zucchini with panko/parmegian and that worked too! Perfect for 2 people.

we have limited counter space so we got the small model but now are sorry we didn't get a larger one. This is just too small. We have to put a large cookie sheet under it on the counter so when it runs over it catches it.

I have used this several times. The title says compact and that says it all. There are just 2 of us so it works fine for us. It has a heat indicator light that tells you when it’s hot enough to start. I occasionally don’t use the basket when I have a larger item to fry. It’s a great item, small and easy to store.

This is the perfect size for 2 -3 people. It’s about the size of a toaster. Cooks great. Easy to clean. The basket and cord fit inside fryer for storage. I fry with the lid off but you can fry with the lid on (probably recommended) the lid is dishwasher safe. Wipe down the outside. Easy pour spout if you need to get the oil back in a bottle. Easy to use and easy to clean up and store. This was a really good buy.

Bought the deep fryer to make chicken wings at home and it works great. I wanted a compact deep fryer that wouldn't take up a large amount of space in my kitchen, or use a-lot of oil. The design is easy to clean as the lid pops off and the non-stick interior doesn't allow grease to cling. Before buying this i had a double basket fryer that was annoying to clean, used over twice the amount of oil and was annoying to find places to store. this unit is the size of a toaster. i tend to fry 6-8 wings at a time depending on the size of the wings.
