We enjoyed deep frying in this Cuisinart Compact deep fryer. We don’t have to use allot of cooking oil. This is a replacement from our old one that stopped working after about 8 years. We loved it so much we had to buy another one! it’s great for making a dinner for a few people!

I'm married to a Brit so french fries are required a few times each week. We were surprised that it worked so well and so easily; the fries (use frozen wedges) are crispy and puffy; and no matter what it says, you can re-used oil 3 times. Tried fried zucchini with panko/parmegian and that worked too! Perfect for 2 people.

I got this as a Christmas gift and I love it. It's small and compact enough to keep on the counter and just use when you need it. It's the perfect size for frying up a single serving of fries or whatever you want to make. I definitely recommend it!
