Let's you deep fry goodies on the fly! Get the same results as a traditional deep fryer with a third of the space and preparation. Easy to clean and doesn't leave a mess.

I’ve had this compact fryer for about a month and it has been great. Before I purchased it I did read the reviews and so far can only understand one of the complaints. A few folks complained about the cover coming off during the cooking process when you open and close the cover. This did happen a couple of times but I figured out that you need to do a quick open and a quick close because the cover only detaches when it is at a 45 degree angle, so if you close the cover slowly you tend to pull off the cover when it hits that 45 degree angle. I find it heats up pretty quickly, holds the heat nicely and cooks evenly. I just did the complete cleaning of the fryer and it cleaned up like brand new. I use this compact fryer when cooking for my wife and I and fire up my larger unit when we have guests over.

I feel sure I would have given this compact deep fryer a 5 star rating had it actually worked. The one light that did work was nice but the lack of heating made it hard to fully evaluate.
