Perfect for my peanut oil frying needs. It takes up minimal counter space in my kitchen. This is a well made item and it works great too. It is very easy to clean. I’ve had larger sized ones which were a pain to keep clean and took up too much space. I’m very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend it.

This thing does exactly what it’s supposed to do. So far it works great. The only problem is that the lid is so poorly constructed. It falls off all the time. It seems like something so simple that should be fixed, but, honestly, aside from being annoying, you can work with it. If this is my inly major complain for the foreseeable future, I’ll be pretty happy.

Very disappointed! The temperature control is totally inaccurate. It displays 375 on deep frier but control cannot be set to that level. The control will not properly maintain the correct temperature, it wildly fluctuates. The has nothing to do with adding food to be fried; it happens with out adding anything to the frier.
I would definitely recommend not buying this deep fryer!
