I previously had a small fryer but it was pretty compact in size which I loved but the fry basket was super small. When the lid broke and wouldn't stay shut I replaced it with this 1. I researched all the " space saving" fryers and decided on this.. and I'm glad I did. The square size makes it not only space saving but it's not all weird when sitting on the counter next to something else because it's shaped funny. I hesitated about buying this because from the picture you really couldn't tell how big the fry basket was but is basically about the same as a round fry daddy but shaped different so your portions are decents sized. It fry's great . The lid does pop off easy but it's made to do that so you can wash it so don't freak and think you broke it like I did lol . All in all I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy it again

My wife passed recently and I have been downsizing on items in quite a few different areas. I no longer need those larger kitchen tools. This deep fryer is the perfect size for me. It takes up practically no space on my counter and it's super simple to quickly slice up a potato and drop it into the fryer to give myself a side of fries or whatever else I want. It's done a good job of frying whatever I've thrown at it and I'm very happy with this compact, efficient, and inexpensive little fryer. I will be experimenting with some hot fried chicken next. Yum.

This deep fryer is a little small but it fits well on my counter. The only thing it is cheaply made for a Quisinart product. I have a Griddler and a pressure cooker I absolutely love. I use them all the time. The lid doesn’t fit right in this fryer it’s almost like it’s warped. But you get what you pay for.

We love the fryer! Not only is it a great "fryer" (why I bought it), but the clean up is amazingly easy. The nonstick interior, along with the spout, are super easy to clean up. Our grandkids rave about the fries. The speed and evenness with which it heats the oil allows the fries to cook without being overly greasy.

While my deep fryer was working it worked great, but after about 15 uses (in like 5 months) it just stopped working. I emailed about the warranty and got a fairly quick response verifying that the warranty was still valid, but I have still not heard about a replacement.

We purchased this to replace an old fryer and very happy we did. The footprint of this is minimal, and the utility is large. The magnetic cord connection, removable basket, and temperature controls are great features. The removable lid and charcoal filter make clean-up easy.

I have been trying different recipes lately and decided to try a deep fryer. I did not want a large fryer for several reasons one being that it is just my wife and I. Another being that I did not have much counter space. This fryer was perfect for us. Small footprint and only needs 1 litter of oil.
