Bought the deep fryer to make chicken wings at home and it works great. I wanted a compact deep fryer that wouldn't take up a large amount of space in my kitchen, or use a-lot of oil. The design is easy to clean as the lid pops off and the non-stick interior doesn't allow grease to cling. Before buying this i had a double basket fryer that was annoying to clean, used over twice the amount of oil and was annoying to find places to store. this unit is the size of a toaster. i tend to fry 6-8 wings at a time depending on the size of the wings.

Tis is the best ever deep fryer for my home use. So easy to clean & use as necessary. Much easier than the bucket type for my use. All metal basket & heat tray make it a dream to clean.
