I am impressed with this fryer. It’s easy to use and clean and has an indentation on one corner of the reservoir to make emptying easier. I have a small kitchen so its compact size works for me. I am pleased with this purchase!

Performs just as advertised. It does get rather cool quickly when frozen foods are started and takes awhile to get back to desired temp but I think that should be expected for small unit especially at this price level. Quality is improved if frozen items are removed after a minute or two and held until oil is reheated to desired cooking temperature, then replaced.
