Performs just as advertised. It does get rather cool quickly when frozen foods are started and takes awhile to get back to desired temp but I think that should be expected for small unit especially at this price level. Quality is improved if frozen items are removed after a minute or two and held until oil is reheated to desired cooking temperature, then replaced.

Nice fryer! Really have enjoyed using it. The directions do not list time for frying at all. There should be a warning about condensation build up when the lid is shut during frying. It pops the moisture drops that hit the hot oil. It’s best to fry with the lid open and wipe off moisture from food before frying.
