Perfect size for 2 servings. Cooks fast and evenly. My first use was to fry catfish and it was downed and cooked thoroughly

Wife loves it. Perfect for the 2 of us. Does not take a lot of oil and does not take much space. Amazing the things you can do with it.Only thing is it only goes to 375 degrees. Would be nice if it went a bit higher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

During the pandemic I discovered the joy of cooking and one of my best things are egg rolls. The fryer is perfect for that. Thank you for making a compact fryer. I love it. I will definitely use it for many things.

For two people it’s perfect. It fries shrimp and fries, anything in small quantities. Just set the settings the way you want. Doesn’t take up much room either.

So far, so good. Wish there was a timer on it. Stays hot a long time after turning off, wish there was better "cool touch" spots. but as for the frying, quite good to be back to normal instead of the hot-air-politically-correct approach to lousy fries!

We ordered this because it uses less oil. The problem is that it was super poorly made (granted it was inexpensive). The clip that holds the filter in place broke immediately and the lid then came off. The second time I used it the lid fell off and I burned my hand. We just threw it away. I am ordering a small commercial one. It will cost more but no plastic.

I have been trying different recipes lately and decided to try a deep fryer. I did not want a large fryer for several reasons one being that it is just my wife and I. Another being that I did not have much counter space. This fryer was perfect for us. Small footprint and only needs 1 litter of oil.
