Fryer basket only holds 3 small legs or 1 large breasts or two thighs or maybe four wings at a time very small. Guess it would be great for fries, onion rings or okra

Fried everything beautifully, but the heat melted the knob. Other than that, it’s a great little fryer that doesn’t take up a lot of space and doesn’t use too much oil.
