We purchased this to replace a regular Cuisinart waffle maker and are very pleased with it. The waffles come out perfectly but are slightly more dense than the other waffles. Also I followed the Cuisinart recipe and it made five waffles, not eight.

We've had at leat 6 of these over the years and I was never happy with any of them because of either their inability to produce fluffy waffles or the sticking to the surface. This Cuisinart overcomes both issues plus the instructions are crystal clear. These are better than any waffles I've ever had.

Expected better quality. Cover/top quite wiggly and loose. Wish the cooking grids popped out for cleaning. Bakes waffles quickly and has adjustable baking levels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh! If you love waffles you will love this waffle maker. It has different settings so you can make your waffle as soft or crisp as you like. I had mine semi crisp and my son really crisp. It has a couple of recipes in the booklet that comes with the waffle maker. It is fun for e everyome.

There is no sound when waffle is ready, you have to monitor the light at all times. It would be nice when you rotate waffle unit a sound when ready.
