Bought this to replace a similar (but different brand) waffle maker that we wore out after many years. I own several Cuisinart applinces and this as good as any. Makes good waffles to our preferred doneness/crispness. I brush the surfaces with neutral oil before cooking the first one and none stick. Cleanup is relatively easy. I just wish this had a completed cycle buzzer like my old one so I could do other things in the kitchen - otherwise, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

This waffle maker is great- It is intuitive and the flip works just as hoped for to spread batter evenly. I appreciated the measuring scoop that came with it so that it's easy to use the right amount of batter. Be mindful that if you'd like your waffles to be crisp on the outside you'll need to turn the heat setting to the higher side.

I received the waffle maker as a Christmas present. The first time I used it, it worked perfectly. I set the heat temperature to medium and only had to adjust it up slightly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is very easy to use.
