Easy to use, with the exact measuring cup included. Non stick surface releases waffle easy. Once you know your best setting for your mix recipe, it is repeatable. Highly recommend.

Good but not as good as the model it replaced...

This was purchased as a replacement to a previous model I had for years. I liked the idea of temp adjustment but after a couple uses, I realize that it is more of a gimmick. It does adjust the temp, however if you want crisp waffles then there is no other setting other than high. Everything below cooks the waffle but does not provide a crisp exterior. Just a soft waffle more reminiscent of a pancake in texture. Maybe I got a bit of a dud or maybe a couple more times using and I will find that backing off does make a better waffle. Not disappointed just wishing it was a bit better.

I used my new waffle maker for the first time today and can't have been more pleased with it. The instructions were simple and every waffle cooked perfectly, no burnt edges or raw batter in the middle. It was easy to use, and the waffles released from the machine without sticking. I believe these were the prettiest and tastiest waffles I've ever made; and I've been cooking for over 60 years. Thank you for this quality product which I highly recommend.

The appliance doesn’t always cook when the griddle is flipped over. I need to constantly rotate it until the green ready light goes out indicating that it has begun cooking. Once the contact is made internally in the griddle, it does cook the batter quite well. I’ll keep using it but I may turn it back in before the warranty ends.
