Works great. I'm still learning the quantity of batter to properly fill the entire surface. The measuring cup that comes with it is short with the batter I make. That's not the units fault; it's mine!

Always wanted a Belgian waffle iron and this one is perfect! Works exactly like the ones you see in hotels but much better since it’s ours and only ours. The waffles come out exactly as we like them for each family member. Cleans easily too! Awesome product!

Too easy to over fill. It does clean up easy and waffles do taste good. A bit on the flimsy side and it doesn't cook long enough to crisp it like I want. But, I like it real crispy and on the dark side, but not burnt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
