The thermostat is the first thing that goes on this product. It is not built to last. It will last thru your warranty period although. The product is great while it is working.

I really like this waffle maker. It makes great waffles, it's easy to use, and cleanup is a breeze. I had a previous waffle maker from another vendor that required spraying with oil to prevent sticking. I chose not to do this on this waffle maker and I haven't had a waffle stick yet! My only con, and it's minor, is that I'd like an On/Off switch so I don't have to unplug it between waffles.

I love this waffle maker. It is so easy and convenient to use. It cooks waffles quickly and effortlessly and when I'm done, I can just easily wipe the maker clean without having to scrub it all down. Everything wipes off easily. It makes nice and fluffy waffles.
