The flipping was very difficult and was probably b/c the two sides did not completely close. When I called the Cuisinart # I was told I could take it back to the store where I purchased it, but I did not keep my receipt. The agent said to try cooking with it again, and if it still doesn't turn (flip) easily, I can call back to get a way to return it and get a refund.

Not what we expected. Waffles stuck and were nit very thick. Machine would not hold more batter to make them thicker.

This flip makes perfect waffles every time. The waffles are light and fluffy and pop right out of the maker. The Ready light makes it a breeze to know when to open the waffle maker. No guessing or pale/burnt waffles.

Excellent waffle maker. Every waffle comes out exactly the same ever time, nice a crispy. We use food processor to grind fruit ( blueberries, strawberries, peanut butter with bananas, etc.) and put it in batter, they come out wonderful every time. Happy Purchase!!!
