We've had this coffeemaker for almost 2 months now and it works great. The programmable features work just as described and are very reliable. We have no issues with this coffeemaker at all. We had a similar Cuisinart coffeemaker with the same features as this one, and we bought this one after we gave our previous one to our daughter.

I bought this about six weeks ago. It has a bold setting which allows for a fuller taste. It has a 14 cup capacity which is great when having guests. It keeps a good temperature. It fits well under cupboards. The only issue I have with it is the ease of filling the water reservoir. It is difficult to get all of the water out of the carafe because of the cover. When you flip the cover open, it would help if it was hinged and you could flip it totally down in back.
