Disappointed in Coffee Temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this coffee maker about a month ago to replace an older model. Our only issue with the older version was the temperature of the coffee. When we first received this new model, we tested the water temp and it was 185 degrees. Today the freshly brewed temp is down to 174 degrees. We even keep the plate on (H). Once I put cream in my coffee I almost need to put it in the microwave to get it hot again. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are not many solid 14 cup coffee makers out there, but this is one of them. The ability to use the removable filter eliminates the need for paper filters. Would recommend this product.

The coffee pot or the lid cause the coffee to drip on counter when pouring. Then the pot drips off the handle when in the brewer. Definitely a problem and will be contacting Cruisinart.

I’ve used Cuisinart products for many years. I needed to replace the “old” coffee maker after around 15 years. So, of course the newer model is much more tech forward than the old model! Love it!

I am very disappointed in the temperature of the coffee after the brewing cycle has completed. The coffee is NOT very HOT at all. And the unit is set on high. I've put my cup directly under the drip while it's brewing, it's luke warm. The heating plate doesn't seem to make it any hotter.
