When lifting the lid to the reservoir, the condensation drips down the back of the coffee maker and gets all over the countertop. Other than that, we love the coffee maker.

Clock resets randomly, and all settings revert.

We've had this coffee maker for about two weeks. Last week I found it in a state where the clock and settings were incorrect but I could not change anything. Pressing any of the buttons did nothing. I had to un-plug it for 10 minutes or so to re-gain functionality. Two days ago, I observed that the clock had changed and all of my settings were lost. Buttons were functional so I corrected this without unplugging. And again today, I see the clock has re-set and all of the settings are lost. Again I corrected this without unplugging. So... return it?

This is my second Cuisinart coffeemaker. My first one finally quit after 8 years. I really like this one too, except that if you pour too quickly, it spills coffee on my counter.

This thing is fantastic! Mind you this is something that gets used for sure everyday, and it is the first thing I do for the day. It has brightened my mornings up. With options to brew by time of the day, and the "bold" feature. It is just fantastic!

Purchased approximately 2 months ago and so far, very pleased with the appliance. Good looking and seems well made. Brews a great pot of coffee and was pleasantly surprised to find it came with a permanent/washable filter. Really like the brewing options : "Bold" and "1-4 Cups". The long warranty is also a plus as I feel confident that Cuisinart stands behind its products.
