4 months old, works perfectly, easy to clean, wide mouth to pour water in reserviour, so far so good, hope it last longer than my old Cuisinart Coffee Maker, it was a base model, coffee makers should last longer than a year and a half.

My wife bought me this coffe maker after my kitchen aid quit ! this thing brews a pot of coffee faster than any maker i've ever had and i love the temp setting for the warming plate and how you can set shut off for 1 to 4 hrs I LOVE IT !!!!

From day one this coffee maker has made a clunking noise while making coffee. We had the same model before and it started making this clunking sound so we cleaned it and it still made the same noise. We gave up on it a bought a new one. As stated the very first time we used it, it made the same sound as the old one. We do not know what to think. Any ideas? I started this after we bought a new house with marble counter tops. Our old house had tile counter tops. Could this be the problem? My ratings below would be entirely positive and high if it were not for this problem.
