I may be doings something wrong, but when I pour the first few cups of coffee, the pot drips coffee all over the counter.
Otherwise I love everything about it. Holds 12 cups, easy to set start time, and amount of time you can set to keep warm, and the ability to silence the unit were all important to me.

I bought this to replace my Cuisinart coffee/tea combo machine that gave me many good years of service.
We no longer need the tea function, so this 14 cup machine was the perfect size for our countertop.
One of the features that I truly love about this machine is the "Bold" brewing button. Since I grind and brew organic dark roast coffee, this "Bold" button is perfect for brewing the best dark roast without the bitter taste. Thank you for adding that feature which extracts the best of the coffee bean flavor.
