I wish they would last longer than 3 to 4 years
I wish when the coffee is done the 5 beeps are not loud enough
Also would like too see it was Bluetooth because I get up at different times
& it would be able send message when it is done

We had the same model for over 15 years. I make a lot of coffee, so it got some good use. But, it was finally time for a new one, so we went with the same model. It is actually better than the last version!

This is my second purchase of the same model…I love it that much. The first one lasted us 10 years and the unit still worked but we broke the carafe. We had kept the 12 cup one from the original Cuisinart pot and while we could use it, we had to be careful with positioning. It was time for a new one and there didn’t seem to be another model we were interested in for features, and we love the 14 cup capacity. Lasting at least 10 years previously is key, and the price point is still reasonable so it was an easy choice. Very happy.
