Owned same coffee maker for over 2 years. Replaced it With Some problem. Ready tnew one. Ready tone didn't work. Returned it and got a new one. READY TONE DOES NOT WORK!

Makes excellent coffee (tastes better than that made with my older Cuisinart), looks attractive and seems well built. But it is difficult to pour water into the coffee maker without spillage (the top lid doesn't open far enough) and the lid to the carafe requires a difficult snap to get into place. Those latter annoyances prevent a 5-star rating.

I love our new coffee maker. It’s fast and makes good tasting coffee. Only thing I would improve on, is the end of cycle notice, is not loud enough. Our old coffee maker could be heard in the next room.

This makes the best tasting coffee I've ever had from a drip machine. Programing is easy and I wake up to a fresh cup every morning. The temp adjustment on the warming plate keeps the coffee just how I like it.
