Whenever I pour from the carafe, it leaks on my counters. When I add the water in the morning, it leaks. Whenever I pour a cup of coffee it leaks. Not sure why.- I've checked and rechecked the lid. Anyone else have this issue?

Great hot coffee. Not too happy with the pour spout on the carafe, the coffee spills on the counter and not completely in the cup. My family and I believe there's a defect in the design of the shape of the spout.

Love the coffee pot but my old glass pot cuisinart. Doesn’t fit in the new one so you just have to throw it away which is ridiculous and wasteful

This coffeepot replaced an older 12 cup model that I had for years! It had the same features with a modern look. I like the Cuisinart brand because it makes a perfect cup of coffee every time no matter what medium roast brand I use! I really love Dunkin medium blend in the morning; I make enough for 2 mugs! It is a dependable product which draws me back! Thanks, Cuisinart!
