Broken after 3 years

Bought this on 12.28.2023.
Absolutely loved it. Here it is 1.18.2026. It is broken. It makes a wheezing noise and will not make a full pot of coffee. Filters are changed every month and cleaned when clean light csme on. Guess I sm old school snd believe that this brand is top notch. Use to be. Old one lasted over 10 years plus.

We broke the carafe on our existing Cuisinart coffee maker and decided to buy the updated model. We liked the way it looked and it was just as easy to work as the older model. We had an issue with the carafe leaking, my wife called customer care and they immediately sent out a new carafe, the original had a slight gap in the form which caused the leak. We are very happy how they helped us and love the new coffee maker. This would be our 3rd Cuisinart in 20 years.

Really easy to use and makes great coffee. Programmed it quickly to make coffee just before I wake, set the pot temp, delay off feature, bold coffee setting. I love it! Now if someone would just make a coffee maker that doesn't use plastic w/ PFC's it would be perfect!
