This coffee makes terrific coffee. The glass pot allows it to stay warm for a very long time and the coffee is always delicious. The problem we had with our last coffee maker, which was very expensive was that the pot was not glass but rather metal and the coffee got cold quickly.

I really like the coffee machine, the coffee is consistently hotter than any other coffee makers I've had. My only gripe with is that the permanent filter included with the machine lets a lot of sediment go through and the last few cups of coffee taste a little off and sandy. But this is resolved with the paper filters. The hotter coffee is well worth the price. It is a beautiful machine and it brews very fast. I would definetely purchase it again.

This is my second Cuisinart coffee maker. The first one lasted approx 10-15 years so I certainly can’t complain. They may be a little pricey, but if you watch for a sale, you may be able to get a good bargain, as I did.
