We are so disappointed with this! For a 14-cup coffee maker, any time we attempt to make more than 8 cups the grounds overflow and make a mess. We even received a new drip basket, same problem

For best results, we recommend filling the coffee maker with no more than 8 cups at a time to prevent grounds from spilling over and also make sure you're only using one filter at a time. Like this coffeemaker, works fine, coffee comes out great. It’s very easy to use. Fill press the button and the brewing process begins. Low beep when the brewing process ends. My one downside is the carafe , not sure if it is the top or the pot the coffee spills as you reach the bottom of the pot

I replaced my old Cuisinart coffee with this newer model and find that it makes great tasting coffee. I like that the entire product is BPA free with glass and metal components. I don’t use the programmable functions but I did notice that the beeping when the coffee is finished brewing is not as loud as the previous model which I prefer.

This is one great tasty coffee coffee maker! The large surface area that the water drips onto is perfect for creating that great cup of coffee. I have honestly tried about five other brands and found nothing even close to our Cuisinart. Very straightforward to use and great results all the time.
