I've owned many coffee makers in my 77 years but the last 6 have all been Cuisinart. They're quality and built to last. This latest machine is a 14 cup, all the others were 12 cup and just wonderful. We have all 6 still working great at various locations enjoying best tasting coffee wherever we are. We TRUST Cuisinart.

Pouring that coffee over me

I own 2 cuisines coffee makers including this one. I can’t emphasize how angry the coffee pot makes me. Every time I pour from it, it drips down the side into a puddle on my counter. Filling the coffee pot with water-puddle. Filling my mug with coffee-puddle. I’ve come to only pouring from the pot over the sink. A coffee maker does 2 things, make the coffee and pour the coffee. Please for the love of coffee fix the spout.

For 13 years we have purchased this coffee maker 3 time. The first one lasted 5 years. Now we have 2 that work great! They are programable & you can set the temperature of the coffee. We won't change! We like it hot.

The coffee pot makes a delicious cup of coffee. But the heat plate is scuffing already not even a month old. Don't believe that's right? Other than that its perfect.

Purchased to replace our 10 year old Cuisinart that finally gave up after faithful service all these years. 3 weeks in, we love it....same controls and features so no getting used to a different operation. If it's not broke...don't attempt to fix it for the sake of change....it works and doesn't need bells and whistles. Looking forward to many good years.

The coffee maker is fine, but the lid (water dispensing lid) does not open far enough to pour all the water in the pot into the water reservoir. I either have to leave 2 or 3 tablespoons of water in the pot or raise it up above the lid to have room to pour out the last of the water. I did not have this problem with my 12-cup Cuisinart, which I replaced with this 14 -cup machine.
