This coffee maker is the best coffee maker we have ever owned. It makes great coffee and is super easy to use. It’s also easy to fill the water and to program the system. It’s also made well. I like it do well I bought two f them. I highly recommend this coffee maker.

I love this coffee maker. It is my third one of this same model. Simple to operate and makes fantastic coffee. No need for major bells and whistles to make great coffee. You can program to time your brew, adjust heat and strength. You have a choice to use the gold filter or you can use paper cone filters. That's all I need. This machine looks great on my counter and is easy to clean.

Bought this coffee maker recommended by a friend and at a great price. It makes great coffee and has nice features, but the carafe is hard to dry. Whether washed by hand or by machine water is trapped between the glass and plastic rim. The water dribbles out randomly while trying to dry the carafe. It takes awhile to get it totally dry and invariably drips one more time when you think you are done. Poor carafe design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needed to replace my 10 year old Cuisinart coffee maker. It was still working but I cracked the carafe. I could have just replaced the carafe but decided I’d rather have a brand new coffee maker. Never imagined my old coffe maker was 10 years old and still working perfectly. Ordered the exact same thing I had since the previous one was just so perfect. Easy to fill and easy to operate and easy to change the drop in filter. Makes up to 14 cups which is a great benefit if you have guests or drink a lot of coffee! Brews quickly too. We opted for this coffee pot after a deep search trying to find a programmable coffee pot that would also have an option to turn the tone off and to have the hot plates stay hot longer than two hours. Our former one kept Coffee hot for five hours and was easy to turn the buzzer off. This works for us because it does have programmable hot for four hours, and it does have a tone off button. The only drawback for us is that we wanted a 12 cup pot and this only came in a 14 cup. It's fairly new still but seems to be working well.
