[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best coffee maker. I was a Mr coffee for years but was never quite satisfied with the product. Then I decided to try Cuisinart 14 cup coffee maker and after a couple of months I'm glad I did.

Very nice coffee maker. I had a Capresso for many years but I think their product diminished. This coffee maker is easy to use and makes great coffee. Plus a three year warranty, one of the best out on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given it a 5 but it crackles after brewing. While on and keeping the coffee warm it crackles and is very irritating. I read that this is a common issue. One review said that he cleaned the warmer plate with 409 and that fixed it. Haven’t tried that yet. The company should fix this problem since it’s common.
