We are very happy with this device. The timer function with the extended time to keep the coffee hot is very handy. It is easy to operate and makes the coffee nice and hot. I bought this particular Cuisinart coffeemaker because it’s not complicated. It brews a great pot of coffee. It doesn’t have a lot of features that I don’t need. Also, it looks good in my kitchen! I hope it lasts a long time.

I bought this product about a month ago. I looks sharp, has all the necessary settings, and makes coffee. But compared to previous models I have had over the last 25 years I find the fit and finish inferior. This is especially true of the carafe. The plastic seal on the opening does captures liquid. When the carafe is washed that liquid continues to drain back into and to the outside of the carafe. It makes drying the carafe unnecessarily tedious and often leaves coffee stains on the inside of the carafe. I seriously doubt I will buy another.
