I have used my new coffee maker and I am very pleased. They finally figured out how to capture the residual water that falls behind the coffeemaker. No more puddles. I have owned this coffeemaker for about 3 months. I love that you can control how long the hot plate stays on, that it alerts you when the coffee is finished brewing, that you can control the boldness (or not) of the brewing cycle, that it doesn't take up too much counter space, that the coffee stays hot and tastes really good, and that it alerts you when the coffeemaker needs to be cleaned. What a wonderful product for a reasonable price!
