Great coffee maker! I orded this coffee maker after I carelessly broke the carafe on the same model Cusinart 14 cup coffee maker. I use whole bean coffee and a Baratza Virtuosa grinder and reverse osmosis water and the coffee out of this machine is as good as it gets and can be tweaked for every individual preference!

I love the option to silence the beep! I don't take full advantage of the larger (14-cup vs. 12-cup) pot but appreciate the option. The coffee is smooth and programming the device is easy.

Great coffee maker!!! Makes 10 cups in about 10 minutes. Our other pot took forever. Great to have a reusable filter and zero complaints with the carafe. Even on medium, the coffee is hot enough even after adding a creamer. Definitely worth buying!!!
