Purchased this coffeemaker more than 2 years ago. Was replaced under warranty due to leaking water from bottom of coffeemaker. Six months later the replacement coffeemaker started leaking water from bottom of coffeemaker. Cuisinart replaced that one under warranty also. I am now on my third coffeemaker.

Made a strange popping sound toward end of brew cycle, also when I tried the ‘brew pause’ feature, water and coffee leaked on the hot plate below. Returned this and bought a Hamilton Beach which I love !!

I have been buying same style of cuisinart coffee maker for many years. They still brew a great cup, but am concerned that quality (as measured by useful life) has gone down while prices continue to go up. This was a replacement for a prior version that was starting to have a lot of issues (e.g. protective coating on hot plate peeling off?). I probably should have checked warranty before buying a new one, but I didnt. New one, the pot leaks A LOT when pouring a cup..weird.

The internal clock runs too fast making it impossible to set a correct time for the coffee maker to run. We tried two different units, exchanging the first for the second when we thought it might be a problem with just the single unit. But alas, both units suffered the same problem. Very disappointed

I truly loved this coffee pot. Everything about it. Taste of coffee especially. Until the unattached top came off while pouring. Burnt my hands and made a total mess. This is a hazard. Happened more than once. The top of the pot should be attached!
