Makes great coffee and is easy to use. Only 3 minor problems - has removable top instead of flip top; “Coffee done” alarm is hard to hear; Clock color is deep blue and hard to see. Everything else is great.

We bought this model to replace a Keurig which was expensive and plagued by mold issues. The Cuisinart is easy to use with programming options and it is cheaper to use. You do, however, have to dial in the coffee measurement to get the kind of coffee you prefer. Trial and error works.

This is my second one and the only reason I replaced the first one was all the paint burnt off the heating plate and it was to ugly to serve my guest from it.
