Good but not great. I had purchased this product based on claim that it kep coffee HOT. Even after adjusting the temperature, it’s not as hot as I thought it would be. Otherwise, it’s a good product.

I'm thinking now I should have gotten 2 of these coffee makers. This is my 2nd, my old reliable finally conked out after 7 years of daily use. A couple of plusses: you can set the temperature of your coffee (why don't they all do this?) and the hot setting brews hot coffee (I've never used any other setting); love that you can set brew strength (why don't they all do this?); the water filter helps with the hard water where I live; a solid machine. It may not be for everyone but for my every day use, even multiple brews I've never had any problems. I'm not sure if this one will last as long as my 1st one, no complaints so far. I love it!

It makes good coffee. The first coffee maker failed in less than a year. That coffeemaker plastic lid was hard to seat in the correct position. When the coffeemaker stopped working, I contacted Cuisinart. Based on the model number it was clearly still under warranty. Customer service had me jump through some hoops and agreed to replace it. I have the replacement and it is working. The coffee is good.
