This new unit replaces a 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker that gave us many years of reliable service. It is w good looking, well constructed machine that will give us many, many years of excellent coffee. When we did our comparisons with the many other coffee makers, The Cuisinart stood out as a great value.

Only had it for a month, but as of now 100% satisfied! I had 3 Mister Coffee 12 cup coffee maker and this one brews so much hotter. I like my coffee hot and I am using the medium setting and I'll tell you it's hot! love it. I am hoping it stays this way.

Unfortunately after a year my coffee maker started in a cleaning mode when it should be brewing. I clean it regularly and this must have been a bad unit. Cuisinart replaced it. However, this is one of the best coffee makers I bought. It is easy to use and coffee tastes great!
