Pretty machine; amount of coffee made is great (14 cups). However, product does not stay hot and water level is inaccurate by almost 2 cups. Difficult to make consistent coffee.

This is a good machine. Just enough bells and whistles without being over the top and complicated. Like the fact that it comes with a water filter, its own filter basket, and it even included cone filters to get you started. Makes HOT coffee, fresh and clean tasting. The only downside is that after brewing, when lifting the lid there is a LOT of built up condensation that puddles outside the machine if you're not careful. Not a huge deal. Good machine for the money. I recommend.
