Love my Cuisinart coffee maker! Had an issue with my first one where it started leaking but I registered my product and was sent a new one with basically no questions asked. Love the product and love the customer service!

We love our new coffee maker. One question however. It makes a lot of rumbling, growling noise while brewing. Is this normal? Everything seems to be working normal except for that. The coffee is great as well.

I’m very disappointed in this coffee maker. It’s difficult to fill water into the opening because the top does not go backwards. Also, the water level indicator is on the right side which is awkward to see. I bought this one to replace my 12 cup model because the carafe holder had become damaged. I’m really sorry that I bought it and should have returned it right away. The store won’t take it back now because I already recycled the packaging. I would not recommend this model.

My old coffee pot took almost 30" to brew 6 cups despite monthly cleaning. I researched for a faster brew and decided on this 14 cup Cuisinart. It now takes less than 5 minutes! Very pleased. My only negative comment is to make a flip up lid on the pot, not a snap on.

Finally a coffee maker that can make a hot cup of coffee. Tried many others B&D and my wife does not like the Kureg type of makers. We could not find a coffee maker that would make a consistent hot cup of coffee.

This is a great coffee maker. I was using a percolator and finally got tired of having to clean it out. This makes a better cup of coffee and is much easier to clean. The only challenge is where your coffee grinds get in the area below the plastic removable piece that holds the filter. There's pretty much nothing you can do except use paper towels to dig out the grinds. Keep in mind that the watermark on the canister is not the same as the water mark on the side of the coffee maker. So I use the ladder and figuring out how many measures to use.
