I am so happy with my recent purchase of my 14 cup Cuisinart Coffee Maker! I love the larger capacity & the ease of programming the Auto feature. It's SO nice to wake up to the aroma of hot coffee waiting for you to enjoy! Thanks Cuisinart!

I really like this coffeemaker, it makes very good coffee and I would give it 5 stars, but there are 2 things I have issues with. First, the opening to pour water in is not large enough or positioned well. Second, the carafe design with the plastic rim traps liquid in the carafe (water or coffee).

I am on my third Cuisinart Coffeemaker, albeit this is over the course of about 20 years. My first two were 12 cups, and this machine seems similar. Gone is the basic metal switch and knobs for the interface, this machine has a simple layout with buttons and an easier to read display. I still have cleaner water with the charcoal filter in the machine, brew strength selector, setting for smaller 1-4 cup brews, and temperature selections for the burner.
The coffeemaker has some new features that are improvements to my older machine - I can turn off the beeps that signal the end of the brew! - There is a clear plastic window on the side of the machine where the water compartment is. This makes things much easier to gauge how much water I've poured in. - I also see that the water is dispensed in to the coffee grounds in a wider "Shower head" giving the coffee a more even and thorough dousing of hot water on to the coffee grounds in the filter .
I am glad the 14 cup maker continues to have a simple look, intuitive user interface, and perfectly hot coffee. I look forward to many more pots of coffee with this machine.

We've had several Cuisinart coffeemakers over the years and finally bought this new model. It is very easy to operate and has the familiarity of the previous models. No problems at all and makes great coffee!

I bought this coffee maker to replace my previous Cuisinart that finally stopped working after years of faithful service. I don't like the lid on the carafe of the new coffee maker. It leaks every time I fill the reservoir and it can't be easily tipped back for filling. This is an annoying change from the previous model.
