This is a good coffeemaker. It is quiet and simple - but delivers good tasting coffee. We program every evening and awake to a wonderful aroma the following morning. We were looking for something that didn't take up too much counter space and didn't have a bunch of bells and whistles. This is the one!

Just started using it at Christmas and I love it.I've programmed it to have coffee ready when I get up, and it stays hot for 2 hours so I can have a second cup if I want. It's fast and quiet.

We are now enjoying fresh brewed coffee every morning with out the negative effects of stomach problems. We finally decided to toss out the 20 year old coffee maker after suffering with daily stomach issues. We cleaned out our old machine regularly, tried different filters, spring water and even various types of coffee, but we still suffered from unpleasant stomach issues after our morning coffee.
WOW - what a difference a new Cuisinart coffee machine makes! A great brew resulting in a pleasant morning.

Excellent valuer, but choose the black coffeemaker

We purchased the 14 cup programmable coffeemaker from Cuisinart to replace another brand that had served us well for five years or more. We have had the coffeemaker for a couple of months and are very satisfied with it. The coffee it makes is excellent (comparing to the coffee we made with the same brand of coffee beans with the other coffeemaker) in a reasonable amount of time (hate to wait for my coffee), I would note two things: 1) the coffeemaker makes some noise. Not a lot and not so loud as to be disruptive; sometimes it just gurgles, sometimes its a little louder. I just chuckle and think it is talking to me, but some customers may prefer something quieter. 2) We purchased the white coffeemaker. Next time, we probably will opt for the black. Portions of the coffeepot lid and spout are a nice soft finish plastic which looks great but does absorb stain from the coffee. I clean the lid often, but it is a losing battle. We may purchase a black pot for when we have guests.

Received this coffeemaker as a Christmas gift. Very pleased with the quality of the coffee it dispenses and some of the optional features such as the "Bold" setting and the "mute" feature on the brew cycle completed notification.

We love this coffee maker! It’s our 3rd one. The first one got damaged in our move. The 2nd one honestly quit on us. Not sure what happened and we didn’t use the warranty because we didn’t register it. It was something to do with the power cord and it broke within less than a year which was disappointing. We now have our 3rd one and it’s going great and this time I registered it! I would have given it a 5 if it hadn’t been for the last one breaking within a year.

Not user friendly. Have to pull it out from under kitchen cabiners to lift lid. Hard to pour the water in. Water on counter when finnally finnished messing around. Only good thing is it turns on at 6:30 AM.
