Great coffee maker. The 3 different heat settings of the carafe plate is awesome. Also adjustable auto shutoff. You can turn the alarm off so it doesn’t beep when it’s done. Brews excellent coffee.

stopped making coffee after 1/ the water was gone

The new 14 cup programmable coffeemaker, the first week of use the maker worked, now, no change, it makes only 1/4 of a cup even though I have a full pot of coffee to make? tried to trouble shoot. doesn't work.
