I checked 3 stars being I had a "not so good experience," with waking up to overflowed coffee and coffee grounds on my kitchen counter several times, with at least two replacement coffeemakers. But with the last replacement 14 cup programmable coffeemaker I am slowly regaining confidence in the product. Thank you for your time and efforts.

Makes great coffee and it’s very consistent. The carafe leaves a bit to be desired, don’t get in a hurry or you’ll be pouring part of your coffee on your counter!
