It’s perfect. This is the third we’ve bought - we loved the first one so much I bought one for my nephew when he got out of law school in 2002 & he still has it. Our first one finally died a month ago so we bought this new one, a slightly updated model but basically the same. Once again we love it. Just finished having a cup -yum.

This a work horse of coffeemakers. This is our third over 16 years. We make two pots a day. The buttons are a big improvement from the older versions. This pot still dribbles water around the pour spout when you try to poor a full pot of water in to the reservoir unless you pour it ver slowly. A small problem. We wanted the grinder version but there are out of stock everywhere at the moment.

Satisfied with the 14 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker I received as a gift. Had I purchased it for myself, I probably would have gotten a 12 cup coffeemaker due to the height of the coffeemaker which would have fit better under my cabinet. The 14 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker makes excellent coffee.

I love my new coffee pot. Has really nice features and brews good coffee. Can you tell me why it is difficult to place the glass pot back on the warming plate after coffee finishes brewing? It seems that the spring apparatus is in the way. I have tried to gently ease it in, but no luck. Is there something wrong with how I'm doing it or is it a faulty mechanism?
