Like the ease of programming the coffee maker. Instruction manual was easy to follow.
So far getting very good coffee. If there is one item to change it would be to have the cover tilt back further so if you use the carafe to fill the unit you can tilt it without spilling water.
This is our second one, tried another brand and returned it for this one.

I love this coffee pot! Its my third one in 20 something years. My last one lived for 10 of those years! The only thing with this one was the pot originally wouldnt fit under the unit resulting in the hot plate getting scratched. Its fine now that it is broken in.

Cuisinart Products are Great. the 14 cup Programmable Coffeemaker makes consistent Coffee that is definitely hotter than most and the burner temperature is controlled so as not to burn the coffee. Cleaning is easy. The glass on the pot is a stronger glass and easy to clean

I have owned two of these. The bottom heating element reliably fails after two years. Almost like it has a timer on it. Up until then, it makes great coffee.
